Simple packaging guidelines
Prepare and ship your sample
Package your peptide sample in a clean, sealed container and label it with your order number. Ship to our lab via FedEx, UPS or USPS and load your tracking number into the website. We accept samples from domestic and international senders.
Rigorous chain of custody
Lab receives and processes
Once your sample arrives, our team logs it into our secure chain-of-custody system. Your order status updates automatically as it moves through intake, processing, and analysis.
Digital reports, fast
Receive your results
Completed results are delivered as a detailed digital report directly to your account dashboard. Reports include raw analytical data, methodology notes, and a plain-language summary.

RP-HPLC Purity Analysis
Reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography measures peptide purity with precision down to 0.1%, identifying impurities and degradation products. Included in all three tiers.
Mass Spectrometry — Co-injection Identity
Co-injection against a characterised reference standard confirms peptide identity beyond retention-time inference alone. Included in Tier 1 and Tier 2.
Endotoxin Testing — USP <85> LAL
Limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL) assay quantifies bacterial endotoxins to confirm safety for injectable preparations. Included in Tier 2.
Heavy Metals & Bioburden
ICP-MS screens for elemental impurities; USP <61> bioburden testing confirms microbial limits are met. Both included in Tier 2 Injectable Screening.
