Simple packaging guidelines
Prepare and ship your sample
Package your peptide sample in a clean, sealed container and label it with your order number. Ship to the designated partner laboratory assigned to your order via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, then enter your tracking number in the portal.
Rigorous chain of custody
Received at partner laboratory
Once your sample arrives at the designated partner laboratory, it is logged into their secure chain-of-custody system. Your order status updates automatically as it moves through intake, analysis, and completion.
Digital reports, fast
Receive your results
Completed results are delivered as a detailed digital report via email and to your account dashboard. Reports include raw analytical data, methodology notes, and a plain-language summary — issued by the partner laboratory.

RP-HPLC Purity Analysis
Reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography measures peptide purity with precision down to 0.1%, identifying impurities and degradation products. Performed at partner facilities. Included in all three tiers.
Mass Spectrometry — Co-injection Identity
Co-injection against a characterised reference standard confirms peptide identity beyond retention-time inference alone. Performed by partner labs with validated LC-MS capability. Included in Tier 1 and Tier 2.
Endotoxin Testing
Limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL) assay quantifies bacterial endotoxins to confirm safety panels. Performed at partner facilities. Included in Tier 2.
Heavy Metals & Bioburden
ICP-MS screens for elemental impurities; USP <61> bioburden testing confirms microbial limits are met. Both performed at specialized network partner laboratories. Included in Tier 2 Screening.

Tier 2 — full safety panel
10–14 business days
Full chemistry and safety panel including endotoxin (USP <85>), heavy metals (ICP-MS), and bioburden (USP <61>) — $800 per sample. Processed via specialized network partner laboratory.
